Janome Machine Warranty is exclusive to original purchaser: 25 years from date of purchase
Excluding:
a) electronic component parts - circuit boards, step motors, pattern control units, etc. - warranted for 5 years
b) labour is provided for 1 year in respect of parts and service
c) products used for commercial purposes
d) periodic maintenance and repair or parts replacement due to normal wear and tear
e) shipping and handling costs and risk associated with shipping
f) damage resulting from misuse or failure to provide normal maintenance
g) repairs done by unauthorized dealers, service providers or the purchaser
h) damage resulting from use of non-Janome parts or accessories
i) accidents, lightning, fire, water, power surges, etc.
