Janome Serger Piping Foot (3/16")

Used to apply piping, this presser foot gives you a professional finish whether piping is purchased pre-covered or you cover it yourself. Ideal for upholstered or home decoration projects. Create a tailored finish and add definition to edges with the piping foot. This foot allows you to add premade piping to edges and seams or to create custom piping using fabric and cording.

The tab is a decorative strip sewn into the seam, apart from its decorative function, it also serves to strengthen the seam. To sew the piping with the overlock, you will need the piping foot. Of course, with the help of this foot, not only is it possible to sew the inset, it is also possible to make it. All these tasks, thanks to the specially profiled groove in the foot, can be performed with great ease and precision.

Designed to achieve a “fuller” look by attaching piping to your project. The foot is used to sew in insets with a diameter of up to 4.5 mm.

This accessory will fit on Janome & Elna machines in Serger (Overlock Machines).
