Janome Pintuck Cord Guide Set

Pintucking can easily add the flare and dimension you are looking for in your sewing. The Janome Pintucking guides are specially designed to slot in place of the bobbin cover plate and feed cord or hat elastic easily. Used in conjunction with the Pintuck foot and twin needles, create multiple rows of parallel pintucks with a degree of precision that was previously unattainable. By replacing the snap-on bobbin cover with Pintuck Cord Guides a corded pintuck can be made quickly. The plates contain a special guide that makes it easier to guide the string/cord while it is sewn in.

The set includes two plates:

• Plate A is used for cords up to 1.5 mm thick.
• The B plate is used for a cord thickness from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm.

The plates work perfectly with the dedicated foot for sewing in cord and thin insets from Janome. Feet for sewing in cord and thin insets from Janome can be found on our website (search "pintuck").

Assembly and fitting

• The assembly of the plate is very simple, you just need to put it on instead of the plate protecting the bobbin.
• *This item will not work with newer models with Easy Set Bobbin needle plates.*
• Suitable for models with a square-shaped plastic hook cover as shown below 

This accessory will fit on Janome Top loading machines with hook cover shown below (part numbers: 750036012, 750036001, etc.)
