Janome Free Motion Couching Foot Set, MC & 9mm

Add a decorative touch to your quilting and home decor projects with this foot. It works like other free motion feet with the addition of small grooves that allow cording, yarn, or threads to pass underneath the presser foot. Two different feet are included to match your material's thickness.

The Janome Free Motion Couching Foot Set is also called a darning foot and may be used as a free motion foot. The Janome Free Motion Couching foot raises and lowers with the needle to allow fabric to be moved between stitches and to hold fabric in place while stitches are created. This Janome Free Motion Couching Foot Set also is great for couching decorative threads. Easy adjusting height bar is built-in for different fabric thicknesses. You do not need to have an embroidery machine for this technique. This foot is compatible with 7mm and 9mm top load high shank models (made for 9mm max, will still work with 7mm).

The set consists of:

• Foot holder & metal screw
• Transparent foot # 1 for fine couching
• Transparent foot # 2 for thicker couching
